Fee Structure

Sometimes it can be difficult to advise the costs of legal proceedings, especially in more complex litigated matters such as Family Law or Criminal Proceedings.

Most straightforward matters such as Apprehended Violence Orders or Driving Offences can be given a quotation at the outset as an all-inclusive fee.

The Legal Practitioners Act of New South Wales states that a solicitor must provide a fee agreement setting out how costs are calculated and approximate quote. We will provide you with a Costs Agreement so that you know the ongoing cost structure of your matter and provides an ongoing estimate of fees outstanding. We will always keep you informed about your current costs situation.
